Refund Policy – Rialto Print Company


1. Overview

Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining product quality and production integrity.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
  • After 24 hours, orders may enter production and cannot be canceled or modified

3. Return Eligibility

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are limited to quality-related issues only.

Eligible for Return / Refund:

  • Item arrives damaged
  • Item is defective
  • Item is incorrect (wrong product or production error caused by us)

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Customer-submitted errors (wrong images, text, layout)
  • Change of mind after production
  • Minor color differences between screen and print
  • Slight variations inherent to printing processes

3.1 Return Window

Customers may request a return or report an issue within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery for priority resolution.
  • Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for return or refund.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.


5. Resolution Options

If your request is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Free replacement (preferred solution)
  • Partial or full refund, depending on the issue

The final resolution will depend on the nature and severity of the problem.


6. Return Process

  • Returns require prior approval from our support team
  • We will provide return instructions if needed
  • Do not send items back without authorization

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is due to our error → we cover return shipping costs
  • In other approved cases → customer may be responsible for return shipping

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue is caused by us.


8. Refund Processing

  • Returned items are inspected within 3–5 business days after arrival
  • Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

Depending on your bank or provider, it may take 7–15 business days for the refund to appear.


9. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or altered items
  • Items damaged after delivery (not due to shipping or manufacturing defects)
  • Items returned without prior approval

10. Quality Disclaimer

We strive to ensure:

  • Accurate color reproduction
  • High-quality materials
  • Clear product previews

However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
  • Final print results may differ slightly from digital previews

11. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny claims that appear abusive or fraudulent
  • Request additional verification before approving refunds
